How it adds up

A laptop that needs an OS reinstall and your files copied over is $100 + $20 + $30 = $150.

Same reinstall with no data to copy? Just $120. You’ll know the number before we begin.

How our pricing works

Paid up front

All fees are paid up front. The bench fee covers labor and is non-refundable; even if a device turns out to be unfixable, the diagnostic time is real work.

Approval, every time

We won’t order a part or run up extra charges without your authorization. If troubleshooting turns up a part you need, you come pay for it before we order it.

No surprises

The price you’re quoted is the price you pay. Add-ons stack onto the bench fee and we walk you through the total before anything starts.
