Here’s exactly what we do and what it costs. Add-ons stack onto the bench fee, and we’ll always tell you the total before we start. Bring it to the counter; in-shop repairs only. No appointment needed.

Consoles
PlayStation and Xbox. Deep cleans for consoles that run loud or hot, and HDMI repair when there’s no picture. We don’t do controllers.

How it adds up
A laptop that needs an OS reinstall and your files copied over is $100 + $25 + $35 = $160.
Same reinstall with no data to copy? Just $125. You’ll know the number before we begin.
Console with no picture that’s also running hot? HDMI repair plus a Deep Clean is $300, or $350 for an Xbox Series X. The Deep Clean is $225 on its own, but we’re already in there.
Bank asked you to get your device cleaned? Certified Device Cleanup is $80, and Priority Service comes with it.
Need it sooner? Priority Service is $40 on any job and moves yours to the head of the line. The line is usually about five computers and phones, or three consoles. It can’t make parts arrive faster, and if yours needs something ordered we’ll tell you up front.
How our pricing works
Paid up front
All fees are paid up front. The bench fee covers labor and is non-refundable; even if a device turns out to be unfixable, the diagnostic time is real work.
Approval, every time
We won’t order a part or run up extra charges without your authorization. If troubleshooting turns up a part you need, you come pay for it before we order it.
No surprises
The price you’re quoted is the price you pay. Add-ons stack onto the bench fee and we walk you through the total before anything starts.
